OBJECTIVE

The DEFCON production team produced a brand launch campaign (live-action and studio) showcasing the Hitch Fire culture.

Our objective is to communicate the ease and efficiency of adventure grilling with the Hitch Fire. Showcasing the capabilities of the Hitch Fire as it adventures through a variety of terrains to reach maximum satisfaction at your grilling destination.

STRATEGY

Inspired by adventure, road trips, and the love of the outdoors Hitch Fire introduces Adventure Grilling. Quicker and cleaner to use than a regular grill. Saves trunk space so you can pack more. Detachable from hitch for tabletop use. Ideal for overlanding, tailgating and camping.

PRODUCTION

At the beginning of the production Hitch Fire and DEFCON strategized over phone calls about the brand launch film of the Hitch Fire brand in addition to showcasing the Forge15 grill as their first GTM product. With our strategy of showcasing the versatility of the Forge15 while also highlighting the high quality design built for rugged adventure. During the Hitch Fire production, DEFCON captured the film in Santa Cruz, CA where Hitch Fire is based in addition to the DEFCON production studio. Over the 4-Day shoot, we captured all of the necessary content we needed to produce the brand launch film.
