Background
Low Cost Interlock is a leader in the breathalyzer device industry with hundreds of locations nationwide. LCI creates and manufactures alcohol ignition interlock devices that use the latest technology to ensure your breath sample readings are 100% accurate every time thus reducing device errors which saves you time (and money) and limits your overall time in the interlock program.

Objective
Low Cost Interlock approached DEFCON with a need to create a corporate training video that will be used to instruct new customers on how to properly use and care for their devices. We needed to create a training video that was informative while also engage the viewers throughout the entire video.

Strategy
Our production team researched and analyzed the brand of Low Cost Interlock to ensure we create something that pushes the brand forward in a way that keeps their core values in tact while expressing who they are as a company.

Production
Once our production team had created a concept and strategy for how we can best approach creating the company video, we began working on the logistics of the video shoot. This is when we make the ideas on the paper come to life through visual and audible moments that help Low Cost Interlock tell their story and information in a way people enjoy.
We shot at our production studio in San Diego, a suburban neighborhood, and at Low Cost Interlock headquarters to showcase their internal team that makes it all happen behind the scenes. We sourced and hired on-camera talent with our casting directors. It took 3-Days of filming to capture the necessary video content we needed to head back to the office and into the post-production studio.

Final Deliverables
At the end of the project, the final deliverables for Low Cost Interlock included 2 long-form company training videos that had a run-time length of 12 minutes. We produced the video in chapters which allows Low Cost Interlock to create specific time-stamps that viewers can skip to incase they need to come back to the training video.
