Inside the Manufacturing of the Tepui Hard Shell Tent

OBJECTIVE 

Help Tepui Tents launch the first Rack-Ready ultra low profile hard shell roof top tent. Proudly designed and made in the USA.

STRATEGY

 

Now you can bring your bike, kayak, and surfboards on your adventures - securely mounted on top of your tent.

By introducing high performance lay-in fiberglass composite construction and a six bar custom aluminum hinge Tepui has achieved not only a patent pending aerodynamic shape but the lowest profile hard shell tent on the market.

Production

At the beginning of the production DEFCON and Tepui strategized over phone calls about how the launch phase of the White Lightning Hard Shell tent.

With our strategy of showcasing the versatility of the White Lightning while also highlighting the high quality, hands-on, manufacturing process. During the Tepui production, DEFCON traveled to Hood River, Oregon where the Tepui manufacturing plant is located. Over the 1-Day shoot, we captured all of the necessary content we needed to produce the launch video.

Final Deliverables

 

The final deliverables included a 5-minute product launch video and social media content.
